文章摘要：在考察城市農(nóng)民工社會保障狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,利用2011年全國流動人口抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和二元邏輯斯蒂回歸模型,定量分析我國城市農(nóng)民工社會保障對其市民化意愿的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),就業(yè)保障、社會保險、住房保障及教育保障等社會保障狀況對城市農(nóng)民工市民化意愿具有顯著正向影響,其中尤以養(yǎng)老保險和子女教育等社會保障狀況的影響更顯著。城市農(nóng)民工的年齡、婚姻狀況、受教育水平等個人屬性特征與遷入地發(fā)展水平、城鄉(xiāng)收入差距等其他社會經(jīng)濟要素對其市民化意愿也有明顯影響,年齡越大、在婚、受教育水平越高的農(nóng)民工市民化意愿越強烈;遷入越發(fā)達地區(qū)的農(nóng)民工市民化意愿越大;城鄉(xiāng)收入差距越大,農(nóng)民工市民化意愿越大。要實施新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃,推進農(nóng)民工市民化進程,首先要努力提高其社會保障水平,特別要改善和提高農(nóng)民工養(yǎng)老保險和子女教育的狀況和水平;同時要縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距,把新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃中的實現(xiàn)＂1億農(nóng)民工市民化＂重點放在東部地區(qū)。

Abstr：Based on the inspection of the rural migrants＇ social security,using the national sampling surveydata on migrants in 2011 and binary logistical regression model,this article studied the effect of rural mi-grants＇ social security on their willingness to be urban citizens. The results manifests that job security,so-cial insurance,housing security,education security and other social security have a significant impact onthe rural migrants＇ willingness to be urban citizens,especially the pension insurance and children＇s educa-tion. Rural migrants＇ personal characters,such as age,marriage status,human capital,and socio-econom-ic factors,such as the regional development level,urban-rural income gap,have obvious impact on theirwillingness to be citizens. The rural migrants who are older,married,educated are more willing to be citi-zens. The one who migrates into developed regions is more likely to become citizens. The larger the gap be-tween urban and rural income,the stronger the rural migrants＇ willingness to be citizens. In order to imple-ment new urbanization plan,propel rural migrants＇ citizenization process,the first thing should be done isimproving their social security level,especially improving their pension insurance and children＇s educa-tion;At the same time,narrowing the urban-rural income gap,and focusing on eastern area to realize the100 million rural migrants＇ citizenization.
