【摘要】：本文基于面板數(shù)據(jù),統(tǒng)計(jì)了福建省2000年至2014年的各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)以及社會(huì)保障支出指標(biāo)。對(duì)福建省社會(huì)保障支出彈性的適度性進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),福建省社會(huì)保障支出增長(zhǎng)彈性平均值低于全國(guó)社會(huì)保障支出彈性,僅為1.38。說明了福建省社會(huì)保障水平的發(fā)展速度滯后于全國(guó)平均水平。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data, this paper statistics the economic development data indicators and social security expenditure indicators of Fujian Province from 2000 to 2014. This paper makes an empirical study on the appropriateness of social security expenditure elasticity in Fujian Province. It is found that the average elasticity of social security expenditure growth in Fujian Province is lower than that of the national social security expenditure elasticity, which is only 1.38. It shows that the development speed of social security level in Fujian Province lags behind the national average level.
