【摘要】：習(xí)主席指出,中國(guó)要實(shí)現(xiàn)“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”就必須不斷地為人民造福。為人民造福最根本的就是要提升居民的幸福感。如何有效提升居民幸福感是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的基礎(chǔ)。隨著人們生活品質(zhì)的改善,越來(lái)越多的人關(guān)注幸福。幸福不單單是個(gè)人問題,還受到其它眾多因素諸如社會(huì)、政策、環(huán)境的影響。準(zhǔn)確地了解居民的幸福感受,分析其影響因素,在現(xiàn)有的資源環(huán)境下,更好更快的提升居民的幸福感,對(duì)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì),全面實(shí)現(xiàn)小康具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文使用Logistic模型對(duì)中國(guó)居民幸福感進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,試圖通過(guò)中國(guó)家庭幸福感動(dòng)態(tài)變化來(lái)研究幸福感的影響因素,進(jìn)而提出政策建議。首先,本文梳理比較了關(guān)于幸福感的測(cè)度的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),接著借鑒Logistic模型的理論和分析方法,對(duì)CGSS數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的2005年、2008年、2010年、2013年的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)中國(guó)居民近十年的幸福感狀況進(jìn)行了測(cè)算,基于微觀層面和宏觀層面的因素探究分析了中國(guó)居民幸福感的影響。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,居民幸福感有所增強(qiáng)。其中,經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況是居民幸福感最主要的影響因素,個(gè)人絕對(duì)收入越高,居民會(huì)越幸福,相對(duì)收入對(duì)居民影響更大。另外,人口學(xué)因素、生活狀態(tài)因素、社會(huì)特征因素等非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對(duì)居民幸福感也有顯著影響。結(jié)合實(shí)證分析,本文提出要多方位全面提升居民幸福感,在重視提高居民收入的同時(shí)要倡導(dǎo)建設(shè)“和諧家庭、幸福家庭”、完善社會(huì)保障及養(yǎng)老體系,加大醫(yī)療投入力度等。
[Abstract]:The President noted that China's realization of the "Chinese dream" must be for the benefit of the people. The most fundamental to the benefit of the people is to promote the well-being of the residents. How to improve the well-being of the residents is the basis for realizing the Chinese dream. With the improvement of people's quality of life, more and more people are concerned about happiness. Happiness is not only personal, but is also affected by many other factors, such as the social, policy and environment. It is of great practical significance for the construction of a harmonious society and the full realization of a well-off society. This paper makes an empirical study on the well-being of the Chinese residents using the Logistic model, and tries to study the influence factors of the well-being through the dynamic change of the Chinese family well-being, and then put forward the policy suggestions. First of all, this paper makes a comparison of the domestic and foreign literature on the measure of well-being, and then uses the theory and analysis method of the Logistic model to measure the well-being of the Chinese residents in the last ten years. The influence of the Chinese residents' well-being is analyzed based on the micro-level and the macro-level factors. The empirical results show that with the development of the society, the well-being of the residents is enhanced. Among them, the economic situation is the most important factor of the people's well-being, the higher the absolute income of the individual, the happier the residents will be, and the relative income has a greater impact on the population. In addition, non-economic factors such as demographic factors, living conditions and social characteristics have a significant impact on the well-being of the population. In combination with the positive analysis, this paper proposes to improve the well-being of the residents in all directions, and to promote the construction of the "a harmonious family, a happy family", improve the social security and the pension system, and increase the medical investment.
