【摘要】：少數(shù)民族地區(qū)弱勢(shì)群體是一個(gè)特殊群體,是由歷史、現(xiàn)實(shí)以及個(gè)人等多方面的因素造成的,日益成為社會(huì)利益的邊緣群體。民族地區(qū)在國(guó)家大力實(shí)施西部大開發(fā)等政策下,社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治等多個(gè)方面實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展,各項(xiàng)事業(yè)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)良好態(tài)勢(shì),但弱勢(shì)群體的存在對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、穩(wěn)定等產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面影響,成為全面推進(jìn)小康社會(huì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)偉大復(fù)興"中國(guó)夢(mèng)"的偉大征程中不得不關(guān)注的重大課題。嘗試建構(gòu)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)弱勢(shì)群體社會(huì)保障機(jī)制,則成為保障少數(shù)民族弱勢(shì)群體權(quán)益的有益探索。
[Abstract]:The vulnerable group in minority areas is a special group, caused by many factors, such as history, reality and individuals, and has become a marginal group of social interests day by day. Under the policies of the state to vigorously implement the development of the western region, the ethnic areas have achieved leap-forward development in social, economic, political and other aspects. The development of various undertakings has shown a good trend, but the existence of vulnerable groups has contributed to the social development. Stability, which has a negative impact, has become an important issue in the course of promoting a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream. Trying to construct the social security mechanism of the vulnerable groups in minority areas becomes a beneficial exploration to protect the rights and interests of the minority vulnerable groups.
