[Abstract]:On July 11 th, Shandong Metallurgical technician College and Shandong High-speed Group "Enterprise New Apprenticeship system" pilot class opening ceremony was held in Jinan. Zhou Chunyan, deputy director of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security, attended the ceremony and spoke. Zhou Chunyan pointed out that the new apprenticeship system for enterprises is a new model for the training of skilled personnel, that is, "recruiting workers and recruiting students, entering enterprises as well as entering schools, and training both enterprises and technical colleges." this model has further improved the government and enterprises. The institutional mechanism of colleges and universities to coordinate and promote the training of skilled personnel is of great importance for enterprises to obtain stable and applicable high-quality skilled workers and trainees.
