【摘要】：城市社會(huì)治理是一個(gè)綜合的復(fù)雜過(guò)程,其治理狀況與城市的發(fā)展和社會(huì)秩序密切相關(guān),也與每個(gè)居民的日常生活息息相關(guān)。河南省城市社會(huì)治理在城市公共服務(wù)、社會(huì)參與、社會(huì)公平、社會(huì)信任、社會(huì)保障、社會(huì)沖突和法治意識(shí)等方面,與城市居民的要求還有距離。應(yīng)通過(guò)明確治理主體法律地位、提高公共服務(wù)質(zhì)量、完善公民參與機(jī)制、推進(jìn)社會(huì)法制化等手段加以解決。
[Abstract]:Urban social governance is a comprehensive and complex process. Its governance is closely related to the development of the city and social order, and also to the daily life of every resident. Urban social governance in Henan Province is still far from the requirements of urban residents in the aspects of urban public service, social participation, social equity, social trust, social security, social conflict and the consciousness of rule of law. It should be solved by means of clarifying the legal status of the subject, improving the quality of public service, perfecting the mechanism of citizen participation and promoting the legalization of society.
