【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,人們財富的增加,生活品質(zhì)的提升,醫(yī)療技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,中國的老年人口也在與日俱增。它在中國呈現(xiàn)發(fā)展速度快、未富先老、地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡的特征。這是一個不容忽視的問題,逐漸得到了人們廣泛的關(guān)注,人口老齡化對經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重大的影響,導(dǎo)致了勞動力短缺,增加了社會保障支出,阻礙了經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。建立健全養(yǎng)老保險制度,提高保障水平;調(diào)整生育政策,實(shí)行生育津貼;提高人口素質(zhì),著重于專業(yè)技能的培養(yǎng);促進(jìn)老年人"二次就業(yè)",合力利用老年資源等都是解決這些問題的有效措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy, the increase of people's wealth, the improvement of quality of life and the continuous progress of medical technology, the elderly population in China is increasing day by day. It is characterized by rapid development, old before wealth and uneven regional development in China. This is a problem that can not be ignored, which has been paid more and more attention. The aging of population has a great influence on the development of economy and society, which leads to the shortage of labor force, increases the expenditure of social security, and hinders the sustainable development of economy. Establish and improve the old-age insurance system, improve the level of security, adjust the birth policy, implement maternity allowance, improve the quality of the population, focus on the training of professional skills; The effective measures to solve these problems are to promote the old people's "secondary employment" and to make joint use of the elderly resources.
