【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代化和工業(yè)化的發(fā)展,各種社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不斷積聚。而我國(guó)社會(huì)保障制度對(duì)于規(guī)避社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)有著舉足輕重的作用,加強(qiáng)社會(huì)保障風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有重要意義。文章在闡述社會(huì)保障風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,解析影響風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的背景成因,有助于更好的認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)保障風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從而基于社會(huì)保障體制內(nèi)容提出相對(duì)應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:With the development of modernization and industrialization, all kinds of social risks have been accumulated. And the social security system of our country plays an important role in avoiding social risk. It is of great significance to strengthen the risk management of social security. The article is on the basis of explaining the concept of social security risk and analyzing the background causes of the risk, which is helpful to better the risk. We should understand the social security risks and propose corresponding risk management mechanisms based on the contents of social security system.
