海南外來蕉工就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性實證研究

【摘要】:隨著我國農(nóng)村土地承包經(jīng)營權流轉制度的不斷完善,土地適度規(guī);(jīng)營的范圍也在不斷擴大,土地承包經(jīng)營權集中到龍頭企業(yè)、農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社和種植大戶的現(xiàn)象變得十分普遍,伴隨著土地適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營的比例的提高,“務農(nóng)工人”這一新群體在全國各地大量涌現(xiàn)。務農(nóng)工人中又有一個特殊的群體即從外地來打工的,姑且稱之為“外來務農(nóng)工人”,該群體既與進城務工的農(nóng)民工一樣存在社會保障缺失,勞動權益未獲得有效保護,社會地位低,生存狀況不佳等系列問題,又有因從事農(nóng)業(yè)所面臨比如所從事勞動強度大,擔負責任重,收入保障性差、生存環(huán)境相對封閉、與外界相對隔離、職業(yè)危害性突出等問題,因此是一群需要特殊關照的群體。而目前無論是政府和還是社會各界人士對此群體關注還遠遠不夠。 學術界對于農(nóng)民工的研究已較為深入,然而對“外來務農(nóng)工人”這一問題的研究卻還處于初始階段,在農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營逐漸成為趨勢的今天,對外來務工人的研究意義十分重要。而香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國熱帶地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)增效、農(nóng)民增收的重要途徑之一,且香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)較其它熱帶經(jīng)濟作物存在規(guī);、集約化程度較高,其雇工程度也較高,而海南香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)又具有較明顯的代表性,正是因為如此,本文選擇了海南香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)中的外來蕉工作為外來務農(nóng)工人的研究對象。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容包括:對“外來務農(nóng)工人”及“蕉工”進行概念界定,分類、歸納、分析國內(nèi)外相關的研究成果,并為本文的研究對象奠定相應的理論研究基礎,即對外來務農(nóng)工人的就業(yè)問題的研究提供理論依據(jù);利用調研的數(shù)據(jù)和結果,從海南外來蕉工的個人特征、人力資本特征、就業(yè)特征等三個主要方面分析外來蕉工的就業(yè)特征;運用Logit模型對外來蕉工就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性的影響因素進行實證分析,分析其影響因素及其影響的重要性;依據(jù)研究結果提出對策建議。 本文運用文獻研究法、問卷調查法、實證分析等。一是通過對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究成果的梳理分析,尤其是對比關于農(nóng)民工就業(yè)問題的研究成果和經(jīng)驗,分析外來蕉工與其他農(nóng)業(yè)工人的差異,界定清楚相關概念;二是選取海南香蕉主要產(chǎn)區(qū)作為抽樣調查的樣本范圍,對外來蕉工個體及其所在香蕉種植企業(yè)進行實地問卷調研,此次共發(fā)放問卷320份,收回有效問卷296份。其中蕉工問卷270份,收回有效問卷260份。三是對調查結果進行描述性統(tǒng)計,分析海南外來蕉工的就業(yè)特征,在此基礎上,構建海南外來蕉工就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性影響因素的二元Logit實證分析模型,對其影響因素的重要性進行分析。 研究結果表明:風險偏好、工作經(jīng)驗、就業(yè)機會識別態(tài)度、月收入、本企業(yè)工資待遇、住所人均面積、與當?shù)鼐用袢诤隙葘ν鈦斫豆さ木蜆I(yè)穩(wěn)定性有著非常重要的影響,其中,風險偏好、工作經(jīng)驗、就業(yè)機會識別態(tài)度、本企業(yè)工資待遇、住所人均面積、與當?shù)鼐用袢诤隙染c外來蕉工就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性呈負相關,月收入與外來蕉工就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性呈正相關。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the circulation system of rural land contract management in our country , the scope of the large - scale operation of land is expanding , and the phenomenon of land contract management to the leading enterprises , farmers ' professional cooperatives and planting big households has become very popular .
In the academic circle , the research on migrant workers has been deepened . However , the research on the problem of " migrant workers " is still in the initial stage , and the research significance of foreign migrant workers is very important . The banana industry is one of the important ways to increase agricultural efficiency and farmers ' income in the tropics .
The main research contents of this paper include : defining , classifying , summarizing and analyzing relevant research results at home and abroad , and laying a theoretical research foundation for the research object of this paper .
Based on the data and results of the investigation , the employment characteristics of the native banana workers were analyzed from three main aspects : personal characteristics , human capital characteristics , employment characteristics and so on .
Based on the Logit model , the factors influencing the employment stability of banana workers were analyzed , and the influencing factors and their effects were analyzed .
Based on the research results , some suggestions are put forward .
This paper applies the literature research method , the questionnaire method , the empirical analysis and so on . One is to analyze the current research achievements at home and abroad , in particular to compare the research results and experiences about the employment of migrant workers , and analyze the differences between the migrant workers and other agricultural workers , and define clear relevant concepts ;
The second is to select the main production area of Hainan banana as the sample area of sampling survey , to conduct a field questionnaire survey on the individual and banana plantation enterprises in Hainan . The questionnaire survey is conducted in 270 questionnaires , and 260 questionnaires are collected . The third is to make descriptive statistics on the survey results and analyze the employment characteristics of the native banana workers in Hainan . On the basis of this , the duality Logit empirical analysis model of influencing factors of the employment stability of the native bananas in Hainan is analyzed .
The results show that risk preference , working experience , employment opportunities identification attitude , monthly income , wage treatment of the enterprise , the per capita area of residence , and the integration degree of local residents have very important influence . Among them , risk preference , job experience , employment opportunity recognition attitude , wage treatment of the enterprise , the per capita area of residence , and the integration degree of local residents are negatively correlated with the employment stability of the migrant workers , and the monthly income is positively related to the employment stability of the migrant workers .
