【摘要】：正近年來,隨著城市化進(jìn)程加快,遼寧省沈陽市務(wù)工的農(nóng)民工不斷增多。目前全市常住外來務(wù)工人員達(dá)70余萬人,主要集中在建筑施工、餐飲服務(wù)等行業(yè)就業(yè),為城市發(fā)展做出了貢獻(xiàn)。農(nóng)民工進(jìn)城后遇到了勞動爭議、就業(yè)培訓(xùn)、社會保障等諸多問題,僅依靠傳統(tǒng)解決方式難以適應(yīng)其需求。為此,沈陽市總工會等部門從體制機(jī)制、服務(wù)方式、政策環(huán)境等多方面入手,特別是結(jié)合新生代農(nóng)民工群體特點,創(chuàng)新服務(wù)理念,積極運(yùn)用"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+",全力打造"智慧工
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, Shenyang, Liaoning Province, migrant workers are increasing. At present, more than 700,000 migrant workers live in the city, mainly concentrated in construction, catering services and other industries employment, contributing to the development of the city. After entering the city, migrant workers encounter many problems, such as labor disputes, employment training, social security and so on. To this end, Shenyang Federation of Trade unions and other departments from the institutional mechanism, service methods, policy environment and other aspects, especially combined with the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, innovative service concept, actively use the "Internet", and strive to create "intelligent workers"
