【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,城市的人口不斷增長,使得城市交通擁堵、環(huán)境污染、城市的資源與能源使用不合理、政務(wù)辦事效率低下、市民辦事成本高、城市管理和服務(wù)水平不夠等城市"病"進(jìn)一步凸顯,因此,傳統(tǒng)的城市發(fā)展和管理模式已經(jīng)不能解決當(dāng)前城市發(fā)展過程中所遇到的問題。隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)、空間地理信息技術(shù)等新型信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,將新一代的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用到智慧城市的建設(shè)中,有利于節(jié)約城市規(guī)劃和建設(shè)中的人力、物力和財(cái)力,有利于提高城市的管理和服務(wù)水平,有利于提高城市的運(yùn)行效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市發(fā)展的綠色化、低碳化以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展化。濟(jì)南市《"智慧泉城"十三五規(guī)劃》提出:以信息橫向整合和共享為重點(diǎn),以公共平臺(tái)建設(shè)為突破口,大力推進(jìn)信息通信基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、智慧產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和智慧城市公共服務(wù),為公眾提供更便捷的生活工作環(huán)境。因此開發(fā)一款濟(jì)南城市服務(wù)系統(tǒng)意義重大。本論文在對(duì)濟(jì)南市智慧城市發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一款基于中國虹計(jì)算機(jī)的城市服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。本論文首先介紹了論文的選題背景,然后對(duì)國內(nèi)外智慧城市的建設(shè)和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)研和分析,接著通過對(duì)當(dāng)前濟(jì)南智慧城市發(fā)展的進(jìn)程進(jìn)行分析,引出本論文研究的主要內(nèi)容以及本論文研究的意義。通過對(duì)基于中國虹計(jì)算機(jī)的城市服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行用戶業(yè)務(wù)需求分析和系統(tǒng)功能需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)了由Android客戶端、Web服務(wù)器端和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫組成的系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)是C/S架構(gòu)的,其中Android客戶端通過最新的OkHttp網(wǎng)絡(luò)框架與服務(wù)器端通信,傳遞的數(shù)據(jù)采用JSON數(shù)據(jù)格式。此外還完成了客戶端用戶界面和各功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì),服務(wù)器端框架的設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫中各個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫表單的設(shè)計(jì)。利用Eclipse開發(fā)平臺(tái),按照設(shè)計(jì)模式中MVC的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范開發(fā)了客戶端各個(gè)功能模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了為用戶提供新聞查看、濟(jì)南天氣預(yù)報(bào)、濟(jì)南汽車站信息查詢及導(dǎo)航、濟(jì)南汽車站車票信息查詢、實(shí)時(shí)公交信息查詢、加油站信息查詢及導(dǎo)航、違章查詢、社保和公積金查詢等的功能服務(wù)。在服務(wù)器端實(shí)現(xiàn)了通過經(jīng)緯度計(jì)算出加油站離用戶的實(shí)時(shí)距離,并利用快速排序算法實(shí)現(xiàn)了加油站離用戶的距離由近及遠(yuǎn)的排列。最后利用Robotium測(cè)試工具對(duì)客戶端進(jìn)行了功能性測(cè)試,利用Monkey壓力測(cè)試工具對(duì)客戶端進(jìn)行了壓力測(cè)試,保證了本系統(tǒng)客戶端的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性。利用這種集多功能于一體的系統(tǒng)為濟(jì)南市民提供服務(wù),不僅給濟(jì)南市民帶來很大的便利,而且提高濟(jì)南政府辦公人員的辦事效率,以及提高濟(jì)南政府管理城市的管理水平和服務(wù)水平,推動(dòng)了濟(jì)南智慧泉城的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of urbanization construction in China, the population of the city is increasing, which makes the city traffic congestion, environmental pollution, unreasonable use of resources and energy, low efficiency of government affairs, high cost of public affairs. Therefore, the traditional urban development and management model can not solve the problems encountered in the process of urban development. With the rapid development of new information technologies, such as mobile Internet, Internet of things, cloud computing, big data, spatial geographic information technology, etc., the new generation of information technology will be applied to the construction of intelligent city. It is beneficial to save manpower, material resources and financial resources in urban planning and construction, to improve the management and service level of cities, to improve the operational efficiency of cities, to realize the green, low carbonization and sustainable development of urban development. The 13th Five-Year Plan of "Wisdom Spring City," in Jinan, put forward the following: focusing on the horizontal integration and sharing of information, taking the construction of public platforms as a breakthrough, vigorously promoting the construction of information and communication infrastructure, the development of intelligent industries, and the public services of intelligent cities. To provide a more convenient living and working environment for the public. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop a Jinan city service system. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the intelligent city in Jinan, a city service system based on the rainbow computer in China is designed and implemented in this paper. This paper firstly introduces the background of the thesis, then investigates and analyzes the construction and development of the intelligent city at home and abroad, and then analyzes the process of the development of the intelligent city in Jinan. The main contents of this paper and the significance of this paper are introduced. Based on the analysis of user business requirements and system function requirements of the city service system based on China Rainbow computer, a system composed of Android client server and MySQL database is designed. The system is C / S architecture. The Android client communicates with the server through the latest OkHttp network framework, and the transmitted data adopts the JSON data format. In addition, the design of client user interface and function modules, the design of server-side framework and the design of each database form in the database are also completed. Using the Eclipse development platform, according to the design specification of MVC in the design mode, the client function modules are developed, which can provide users with news viewing, Jinan weather forecast, Jinan bus station information query and navigation. Jinan bus station ticket information query, real-time bus information query, gas station information query and navigation, illegal inquiries, social security and provident fund inquiries and other functional services. The real time distance between the gas station and the user is calculated by latitude and longitude at the server, and the distance between the gas station and the user is arranged from near to far by using the fast sorting algorithm. Finally, the function of the client is tested with the Robotium test tool, and the client is tested with the Monkey stress test tool, which ensures the reliability and stability of the client of the system. The use of this multi-functional system to provide services to the citizens of Jinan will not only bring great convenience to the citizens of Jinan, but also improve the efficiency of the office staff of the Jinan government. And improve the management level and service level of Jinan government to promote the development of Jinan City.
