摘要：

本文從社會保障轉(zhuǎn)移支付的角度來研究發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)居民收入差距的問題。文章利用1991-2008年間江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)居民收入和社會保障支出的數(shù)據(jù)等進(jìn)行分析,利用格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)等發(fā)現(xiàn)社會保障支出與居民收入差距不存在明顯的因果關(guān)系,進(jìn)而利用總收入的基尼系數(shù)和剔除社會保障轉(zhuǎn)移性收入的基尼系數(shù)的對比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前的社會保障體系沒有有效地起到降低居民收入差距的作用,相反在部分年間,反倒加劇了居民之間的收入差距。

Abstract： 

The paper analyses the income gap of urban residuals in the developed areas in China from the point of view of social security transfer.Based on the data of urban income and social security expenditure of Jiangsu province from 1991 to 2008,it finds that there is no obvious causality between social security expenditure and income gap by means of Granger causality test.Then it comparatively analyses gini coefficients of total income and the ones by eliminating social security income.Results show current socia...
