【摘要】：目前,我國(guó)正在經(jīng)歷經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治和文化的深刻變革,同時(shí),也正在經(jīng)歷從年輕社會(huì)到老齡社會(huì)的急劇轉(zhuǎn)變。隨著我國(guó)人口老齡化程度的加深,農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移,出現(xiàn)了農(nóng)村留守老人這一特殊群體。本文基于對(duì)農(nóng)村留守老人現(xiàn)狀所做的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,并結(jié)合農(nóng)村留守老人相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),找出我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人困境形成的原因,并提出了破解這一難題的對(duì)策建議。具體從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。第一部分:引言。這一部分主要有四個(gè)內(nèi)容。首先,介紹了研究背景,以及研究農(nóng)村留守老人困境問(wèn)題的目的和意義。其次,闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究框架和方法。第二部分:我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人概述。這一部分主要有三個(gè)內(nèi)容。第一,介紹了相關(guān)概念及我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人群體的特點(diǎn);第二,闡述了研究我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人困境問(wèn)題的理論基礎(chǔ);第三,論述了研究我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人困境問(wèn)題的意義。第三部分:我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人的生活現(xiàn)狀及原因分析。這一部分主要論述兩個(gè)問(wèn)題。第一,介紹了我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人的生活現(xiàn)狀,主要有經(jīng)濟(jì)收入水平低下、勞動(dòng)負(fù)擔(dān)沉重、健康狀況堪憂、養(yǎng)老資源匱乏、情感交流缺失、文化娛樂(lè)少等。第二,闡述了造成我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人困境的原因,主要從城市化、家庭養(yǎng)老功能變化、社會(huì)保障制度、自身因素等角度進(jìn)行分析。第四部分:我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人困境問(wèn)題對(duì)社會(huì)的消極影響及對(duì)策分析。這一部分主要有兩個(gè)內(nèi)容。第一,介紹了我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人困境問(wèn)題對(duì)兒童成長(zhǎng)、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展、鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明建設(shè)的影響。第二,提出解決我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人困境問(wèn)題的建議對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is undergoing profound changes in economy, politics and culture. At the same time, it is also undergoing a sharp transformation from a young society to an aging society. With the deepening of the aging of the population in our country, the transfer of surplus rural labor force, There is a special group of the rural left-behind elderly. Based on the questionnaire of the present situation of the rural left-behind elderly, and combining with the relevant literature of the rural left-behind elderly, this paper finds out the reasons for the plight of the rural left-behind elderly in our country. The first part: introduction. This part has four main contents. First, it introduces the research background. And the purpose and significance of studying the plight of the rural left-behind elderly. Secondly, the present research situation, research framework and methods at home and abroad are expounded. The second part: an overview of the rural left-behind elderly in China. This part has three main contents. First, This paper introduces the related concepts and the characteristics of the rural left-behind elderly group in China; second, expounds the theoretical basis of studying the plight of the rural left-behind elderly in China; third, This paper discusses the significance of studying the plight of the elderly left behind in rural areas in China. The third part analyzes the living conditions and causes of the elderly left behind in rural areas in China. This part mainly discusses two problems. This paper introduces the living conditions of the elderly left behind in rural areas in China, including low income level, heavy labor burden, poor health, lack of old-age resources, lack of emotional exchange, less cultural and recreational activities, and so on. This paper expounds the causes of the plight of the elderly left behind in rural areas in China, mainly from the aspects of urbanization, changes in the function of the family for the aged, and the social security system. Part 4th: the negative impact of the plight of the elderly left behind in rural areas on the society and the countermeasures. This part has two main contents. First, This paper introduces the influence of the dilemma of the rural left-behind elderly on the growth of children, the development of agricultural production and the construction of rural civilization. Secondly, it puts forward some suggestions to solve the dilemma of the rural left-behind elderly.
