【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)的管理系統(tǒng)也漸漸走向信息化,高校作為社會(huì)人才培養(yǎng)基地,更加需要走在信息化發(fā)展的前列,所以高校的信息化建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)十分重要的項(xiàng)目,高校薪酬管理系統(tǒng)的信息化建設(shè)也是其中重要的一部分,高校薪酬管理系統(tǒng)將學(xué)校教師、行政人員等的工資發(fā)放進(jìn)行管理,薪酬系統(tǒng)對(duì)工資的計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確性和數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確存儲(chǔ)都有較高的要求,因此系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)要有一個(gè)良好的工資計(jì)算算法、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)和良好的交互。高校的教師隊(duì)伍分為非事業(yè)編制人員和事業(yè)編制人員,他們的工資計(jì)算都有不同的準(zhǔn)則,需要進(jìn)行不同的計(jì)算算法的設(shè)計(jì)。非事業(yè)編制人員和學(xué)校簽訂勞動(dòng)合同,根據(jù)基本的工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)確定基礎(chǔ)工資。并對(duì)其公積金和社保進(jìn)行單獨(dú)的管理,公積金和社;鶖(shù)的確定是其計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ),公積金和社保要根據(jù)我國(guó)相關(guān)政策的規(guī)定來(lái)確定個(gè)人繳納比例和學(xué)校繳納比例。事業(yè)編制人員的工資計(jì)算要根據(jù)工資套改表中的規(guī)定來(lái)進(jìn)行,工資套改表是基于我國(guó)的具體政策來(lái)制定的,事業(yè)編制人員的績(jī)效計(jì)算則是通過(guò)學(xué)校撥款給各學(xué)院,學(xué)院根據(jù)相關(guān)的政策規(guī)定進(jìn)行發(fā)放。由于薪酬的準(zhǔn)則都是根據(jù)國(guó)家的政策來(lái)制定的,所以當(dāng)政策有調(diào)整時(shí),要求系統(tǒng)的管理功能要進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的調(diào)整,所以對(duì)系統(tǒng)的靈活性和適應(yīng)性有較高的要求。系統(tǒng)中工資計(jì)算方法是通過(guò)為每一個(gè)人維護(hù)一個(gè)工資模板來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,工資模板中記錄所有工資項(xiàng)的實(shí)際金額的靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),而將各個(gè)工資項(xiàng)的動(dòng)態(tài)變化過(guò)程單獨(dú)進(jìn)行管理,系統(tǒng)根據(jù)每一個(gè)工資項(xiàng)的變化法則將其動(dòng)態(tài)變化過(guò)程進(jìn)行封裝。要修改工資模板時(shí),首先確定需要修改的工資項(xiàng),然后根據(jù)封裝起來(lái)的法則進(jìn)行計(jì)算,最后將計(jì)算結(jié)果寫(xiě)入到工資模板中。月工資的計(jì)算只需要將工資模板中各個(gè)工資項(xiàng)進(jìn)行加減操作即可得到當(dāng)月工資。將靜態(tài)的數(shù)據(jù)和動(dòng)態(tài)的變化過(guò)程進(jìn)行分離,使各個(gè)模塊的功能更加專一化,方便對(duì)每一個(gè)工資項(xiàng)的維護(hù),同時(shí)也方便對(duì)月工資的計(jì)算。工資數(shù)據(jù)要求較高的計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確性,并且要求工資數(shù)據(jù)保留小數(shù)點(diǎn)后兩位,對(duì)于薪酬涉及到的所有變動(dòng)都要記錄下來(lái),包括人員的變動(dòng)情況和每月的工資發(fā)放情況等。將所有的工資變動(dòng)情況都記錄在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中,通過(guò)優(yōu)化sql語(yǔ)句和增加查詢條件等方式提高查詢的速度,并且提供人員和月工資等記錄導(dǎo)出以及薪酬計(jì)算的功能。系統(tǒng)工資計(jì)算過(guò)程正確,目前大部分功能已上線使用。

Therefore, the informatization construction of colleges and universities is a very important project, and the informatization construction of the salary management system of colleges and universities is also an important part of it. The salary management system of colleges and universities will manage the salaries of teachers, administrators, etc. The salary system has high requirements for the accuracy of salary calculation and accurate storage of data, so the design of the system should have a good wage calculation algorithm, Database design and good interaction. College teachers are divided into non-career staff and career staff, their salary calculation has different criteria, It is necessary to design different calculation algorithms. Non-career staff and schools sign labor contracts, determine basic wages according to basic wage standards, and separately manage their provident funds and social security. The determination of the base of provident fund and social security is the basis of their calculation. The provident fund and social security shall be determined according to the provisions of the relevant policies of our country to determine the proportion of individual contributions and the proportion of school contributions. The salary calculation of the career establishment personnel should be carried out in accordance with the provisions in the wage set change schedule. The salary package is based on China's specific policies, and the performance of career staff is calculated through school grants to colleges. The college pays according to the relevant policy regulations. Since the salary criteria are all formulated according to the national policy, when the policy is adjusted, the management function of the system is required to be adjusted accordingly. Therefore, there is a high requirement for flexibility and adaptability of the system. In the system, the method of wage calculation is realized by maintaining a wage template for each person, which records the static data of the actual amount of all wage items in the wage template. The dynamic change process of each wage item is managed separately, and the system encapsulates the dynamic change process of each wage item according to the change rule of each wage item. In order to modify the wage template, the salary item that needs to be modified is first determined. And then we do the calculations according to the encapsulated rules, Finally, the calculation results are written into the wage template. The calculation of monthly wage only needs to add and subtract each wage item in the wage template to get the current month's wage. The static data is separated from the dynamic change process. Make the functions of each module more specialized, facilitate the maintenance of each wage item, at the same time, it is convenient to calculate the monthly wage. The wage data require higher calculation accuracy, and require the wage data to retain two decimal places. For all changes related to remuneration, including changes in personnel and monthly payroll, etc. All salary changes are recorded in the database, This paper improves the speed of query by optimizing sql statements and adding query conditions, and provides the functions of record exporting and compensation calculation of personnel and monthly wages. The calculation process of system wages is correct, and most of the functions have been used online at present.
