【摘要】：文章基于結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM),對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中底層群體創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的作用路徑進(jìn)行了研究,報(bào)告了城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中底層群體創(chuàng)業(yè)行為影響狀況,通過采用扎根理論方法,展開問卷調(diào)查,發(fā)展和完善底層群體在城鎮(zhèn)化過程中的創(chuàng)業(yè)行為發(fā)生的意識(shí)—情境—行為理論,得出的研究結(jié)論為:成就動(dòng)機(jī)、創(chuàng)新導(dǎo)向、社會(huì)資本、市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)、征地區(qū)位、補(bǔ)償金額、創(chuàng)業(yè)政策等變量對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中底層群體的創(chuàng)業(yè)行為產(chǎn)生直接和間接路徑影響,但其影響路徑和影響程度都存在差異。同時(shí)就如何提升城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中底層群體創(chuàng)業(yè)行為提出相關(guān)的政策建議,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中底層群體創(chuàng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)生,為城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中底層群體的生計(jì)與發(fā)展、社會(huì)的長(zhǎng)治久安提供決策參考的研究意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the structural equation model, this paper studies the functional path of entrepreneurial behavior of the bottom group in the process of urbanization, reports the influence of the entrepreneurial behavior of the bottom group in the process of urbanization, and carries out a questionnaire survey by adopting the method of taking root in theory. To develop and perfect the consciousness-situation-behavior theory of entrepreneurial behavior in the process of urbanization, the research conclusions are as follows: achievement motivation, innovation orientation, social capital, market opportunity, location of land requisition, compensation amount, etc. Entrepreneurship policy and other variables have direct and indirect impact on entrepreneurial behavior of the bottom group in the process of urbanization. But its influence path and influence degree are different. At the same time, it puts forward some relevant policy suggestions on how to promote the entrepreneurial behavior of the bottom group in the process of urbanization, in order to promote the generation of the bottom group entrepreneurship in the process of urbanization. The research significance of decision-making for the livelihood and development of the bottom group in the process of urbanization and the long-term stability of the society.
