【摘要】：目前我國農(nóng)民工的勞動和社會保障權(quán)益實現(xiàn)方面仍存在拖欠工資、工作時間得不到有效保護、維權(quán)意識相對較低等制約因素。因此,亟需通過進一步完善立法工作,推進戶籍改革,完善社會保障制度等舉措,提高農(nóng)民工勞動和社會保障水平。
[Abstract]:At present, the labor and social security rights and interests of migrant workers in our country still have some restrictive factors, such as wages in arrears, working hours that are not effectively protected, and relatively low awareness of protecting their rights. Therefore, it is urgent to further improve the legislative work. To promote household registration reform, improve the social security system and other measures to improve the labor and social security level of migrant workers.
