【摘要】：文章使用1997~2006年中國(guó)健康與營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)查(CHNS)、2011年中國(guó)健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查(CHARLS)數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)中國(guó)20世紀(jì)90年代國(guó)有企業(yè)下崗潮的外生沖擊與工具變量法,根據(jù)工廠倒閉(或下崗、被辭退、崗位取消)識(shí)別出被動(dòng)失業(yè),估計(jì)群體性失業(yè)對(duì)健康的短期和長(zhǎng)期影響。研究結(jié)果顯示,群體性失業(yè)不僅對(duì)健康產(chǎn)生短期的負(fù)面影響,也對(duì)健康有長(zhǎng)期、持續(xù)的負(fù)面影響,但該影響對(duì)男性顯著,對(duì)女性不顯著。文章還發(fā)現(xiàn),群體性失業(yè)主要通過(guò)非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素(心理因素與不健康行為)影響健康。文章的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)在供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革背景下完善社會(huì)保障制度及制定相應(yīng)的社會(huì)政策具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:The data of China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNSN) from 1997 to 2006 and China Health and Old-age tracking Survey (CHARLS) in 2011 were used in this paper. Through the exogenous impact and instrumental variable method of the laid-off tide of state-owned enterprises in 1990s in China, passive unemployment was identified according to the factory closure (or layoff, dismissal, job cancellation). The results show that group unemployment not only has a short-term negative impact on health, but also has a long-term and sustained negative impact on health. But the effect was significant for men and not for women. Mass unemployment mainly through non-economic factors (psychological factors and unhealthy behavior). The research of this paper is of significance to the improvement of social security system and the formulation of corresponding social policies under the background of supply-side structural reform.
