【摘要】：正為貫徹落實《關(guān)于社會保障卡加載金融功能的通知》要求,加快社�？òl(fā)放進度,促進金融服務(wù)民生,人民銀行許昌市中心支行,按照服務(wù)型政府要求,積極指導(dǎo)轄區(qū)商業(yè)銀行開展加載金融功能社保卡發(fā)放應(yīng)用工作,成效顯著,但仍存在一些亟待解決的問題�；厩闆r發(fā)卡量迅速增長。截至2015年7月底,許昌市工行、農(nóng)行、中行、建行、郵儲、農(nóng)信社6家商業(yè)銀行已實現(xiàn)不同
[Abstract]:The central branch of the people's Bank of the people's Bank of Xuchang is following up the requirements of the "Circular on the loading of Financial functions of Social Security Card", speeding up the progress of social security card issuance, and promoting financial services to the people's livelihood, in accordance with the requirements of the service-oriented government. Actively guide the area of commercial banks to load the financial function of social security card application, the results are remarkable, but there are still some problems to be solved. The basic situation of the rapid increase in the number of cards issued by the end of July 2015. The six commercial banks of Xuchang City, such as ICBC, Agricultural Bank, Bank of China, Construction Bank, Postal savings, and Rural Credit Cooperative, have realized the difference.
