【摘要】：醫(yī)院作為醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務的主要提供者,是實施社會保障制度的重要陣地,關系到廣大人民群眾的身體健康。就目前來看,醫(yī)療資源總體分布不均衡。好的醫(yī)療資源大多數集中在大、中城市中的大醫(yī)院,盡管醫(yī)院非常注重環(huán)境建設,但仍然難以滿足患者的需求。隨著城區(qū)面積的擴大以及城區(qū)人口的連年增加,醫(yī)院的服務半徑及服務人口也不斷增多,現(xiàn)有城區(qū)醫(yī)院解決患者看病難的矛盾凸顯,為此,在城市發(fā)展的新區(qū)規(guī)劃建設新的醫(yī)院,以提升服務能力建設,體現(xiàn)黨和政府對人民群眾的關心,是一項惠及民生的民心工程。本文首先介紹了醫(yī)院建筑質量控制管理理論概述,在理論學習的基礎上,結合目前實際情況和工程實踐經驗進行婦幼專科醫(yī)院建筑項目的總體分析,以及具體舉例對A門診樓建設案例分析。最后,把理論方法融入到其質量管理的實踐中,針對工程質量實際出現(xiàn)的問題,說明理論方法的應用和有效性,將質量管理與控制的研究理論應用到工程項目實際中,從幾個方面講述提高醫(yī)院建設效益的措施。醫(yī)院建設是一項復雜的系統(tǒng)工程,每一部分都牽涉到建設工程質量。本文通過J市婦幼�？漆t(yī)院樓工程實例,經過調研分析和研究,針對目前醫(yī)院建筑工程施工項目質量管理所存在的一些問題,提出了改進性的建議。為改善J市醫(yī)療服務條件,促進J市醫(yī)療事業(yè)健康快速發(fā)展,有效改善人民日益增長的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生需求與醫(yī)院診療服務能力有限之間的矛盾提供了有效的建議。為我國建筑工程質量控制的發(fā)展和正在大規(guī)模建設的其他醫(yī)院建筑工程項目提供了正確決策和科學管理的依據。
[Abstract]:As the main provider of medical and health services, hospital is an important position to implement the social security system, which is related to the health of the general public. The overall distribution of medical resources is uneven. The majority of good medical resources are concentrated in large and medium-sized cities in large hospitals, although hospitals attach great importance to environmental construction. However, it is still difficult to meet the needs of patients. With the expansion of urban area and the increase of urban population, the service radius and service population of hospitals are also increasing. The existing urban hospitals to solve the contradictions of patients to see a doctor highlights, therefore, in the urban development of the new district planning and construction of new hospitals, in order to enhance the service capacity building, to reflect the party and government concern for the people. It is a popular project that benefits people's livelihood. Firstly, this paper introduces the theory of hospital building quality control management, on the basis of theoretical study. Combined with the current actual situation and engineering practice experience of maternal and child specialist hospital construction project overall analysis, and concrete examples of A out-patient building construction case analysis. Finally. This paper introduces the theory and method into the practice of quality management, explains the application and effectiveness of the theory and method, and applies the research theory of quality management and control to the practice of engineering project. This paper describes the measures to improve the efficiency of hospital construction from several aspects. Hospital construction is a complex system engineering, each part involves the quality of construction engineering. Through investigation, analysis and research, in view of some problems existing in the quality management of hospital construction projects at present, some suggestions for improving the medical service conditions in J city are put forward. To promote the healthy and rapid development of medical services in J City. Effective suggestions are provided for the improvement of the contradiction between the increasing medical and health needs of the people and the limited capacity of the hospital's diagnosis and treatment services. It provides effective suggestions for the development of quality control of construction projects in China and the construction of other hospitals under large-scale construction. The construction project provides the basis for correct decision making and scientific management.
