　　本文是一篇翻譯項目報告,就艾琳·霍根·佛伯格（Erin H.Fouberg）、亞歷山大·墨菲（Alexander B.Murphy）與哈姆·德利捷（H.J.de Blij）合著的《人文地理:人類、地區(qū)與文化》（第十版）第三章進(jìn)行翻譯并報告。在此章中,主要內(nèi)容不僅研究不同類型的移民以及遷出者離開某地去別地的原因,而且討論政府所建的放慢人類移民的柵欄。另外,內(nèi)容還解釋了政府政策改變的原因以及政策如何影響移民流動。本報告的主要內(nèi)容分為四章。第一章為引言,它包括翻譯報告的背景、意義與結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章為原文分析與理論基礎(chǔ),包括原文介紹與此報告的理論基礎(chǔ),而原文介紹由作者簡介、原文內(nèi)容與特征組成。第三章陳述難點與方法,難點涉及被動句、長難句與專業(yè)詞匯。因為源語轉(zhuǎn)換為目的語,所有要采取一些翻譯策略使句子通順、地道。策略包括拆分、增補(bǔ)以及四字成語的采用。第四章為結(jié)語,是譯者對本報告的翻譯總結(jié),包括在翻譯過程中獲得的經(jīng)驗,吸取的教訓(xùn)與仍需解決的問題。
