【摘要】：SCI是世界公認(rèn)的自然科學(xué)領(lǐng)域最為權(quán)威的研究成果檢索和評價工具,另一方面,一門學(xué)科的學(xué)會刊物也是反映該領(lǐng)域最重要研究成果的平臺。在許多自然學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,學(xué)會會刊都是SCI的必檢刊物,但世界各國多數(shù)地理學(xué)會的會刊卻都不在SCI索引之列。這就產(chǎn)生了一個疑問:如何來評價地理學(xué)的研究成果?本文認(rèn)為,地理學(xué)刊物的評價應(yīng)該遵循其學(xué)科特點(diǎn),以會刊作為成果評價的核心更符合實(shí)際。本文介紹了英美德法日等主要國家的地理學(xué)會和會刊的情況,并借此呼吁,在當(dāng)前以SCI期刊論文作為第一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的中國學(xué)術(shù)行政體制下,應(yīng)維護(hù)地理學(xué)自身的發(fā)展規(guī)律,保持地理學(xué)的傳統(tǒng),建立合理的地理學(xué)研究成果評價體系。
[Abstract]:SCI is recognized as the most authoritative research achievement retrieval and evaluation tool in the field of natural science in the world. On the other hand, the academic journal of a subject is also the platform to reflect the most important research results in this field. In many fields of natural sciences, academic journals are required publications of SCI, but the journals of most geographical societies in the world are not included in the SCI index. This raises the question of how to evaluate the research results of geography. This paper holds that the evaluation of geographical journals should follow the characteristics of their disciplines, and that it is more practical to take the journal as the core of the evaluation of results. This paper introduces the geographical societies and journals of major countries, such as Britain, America, Germany, France and Japan, and calls for the maintenance of the development law of geography under the current Chinese academic administrative system, which regards SCI periodical papers as the first standard. Maintain the tradition of geography and establish a reasonable evaluation system of geographical research results.
