【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)的崛起與"一帶一路"倡議的提出,加強(qiáng)對(duì)地緣政治理論的研究以制定合適的地緣戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)中國(guó)而言越來越具有必要性和緊迫性。傳統(tǒng)地緣政治理論主要從權(quán)力視角、空間結(jié)構(gòu)主義視角、沖突視角和絕對(duì)主義視角來解讀國(guó)際關(guān)系的發(fā)展。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,地緣政治理論的發(fā)展又衍生出地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、批判地緣政治理論、文明沖突論、網(wǎng)權(quán)論、天權(quán)論等,并呈現(xiàn)出新的特點(diǎn)。主要表現(xiàn)為權(quán)力內(nèi)涵的多元化,非地理空間重要性的凸顯,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)理論的批判與反思。地緣政治理論本身具有西方話語色彩,理論發(fā)展的目的均是服務(wù)于國(guó)家利益,特別是與國(guó)家地緣戰(zhàn)略的制定緊密相關(guān)。因此,結(jié)合中國(guó)自身國(guó)情和國(guó)家利益,我們需要合理吸收有關(guān)地緣政治理論的內(nèi)涵,在發(fā)展中國(guó)地緣政治理論的基礎(chǔ)上,積極謀劃中國(guó)的地緣戰(zhàn)略,明確地緣戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)估戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境,綜合運(yùn)用多種戰(zhàn)略手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)地緣戰(zhàn)略的系統(tǒng)性提升。
[Abstract]:With the rise of China and the proposal of "Belt and Road", it is more and more necessary and urgent for China to strengthen the study of geopolitical theory in order to formulate suitable geo-strategy. The traditional geopolitical theory mainly interprets the development of international relations from the perspective of power, space structuralism, conflict and absolutism. Since the end of the Cold War, the development of geopolitics theory has spawned geo-economics, critical geopolitical theory, civilization conflict theory, network-power theory, celestial power theory and so on, and has shown new characteristics. It is mainly manifested in the diversification of power connotation, the importance of non-geographical space, and the criticism and reflection of traditional theory. The geopolitical theory itself has the western discourse color, the purpose of the theory development is to serve the national interests, especially closely related to the formulation of the national geo-strategy. Therefore, in combination with China's own national conditions and national interests, we need to reasonably absorb the connotation of relevant geopolitical theories, actively plan China's geo-strategy and clarify its geo-strategic objectives on the basis of developing Chinese geopolitical theory. Dynamic evaluation of strategic environment, comprehensive use of a variety of strategic means to achieve a systematic improvement of China's geo-strategy.
