【摘要】：關(guān)于邊疆的界定問題 ,在 2 0世紀(jì) 90年代以前 ,我們往往只提陸疆 ,在這以后有所改變 ,增加了海疆的概念。我們?cè)谟^察邊疆地區(qū)的時(shí)候一定要?dú)v史地看 ,中國(guó)疆域的歷史發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出延續(xù)性和波動(dòng)性相結(jié)合的特點(diǎn)。邊疆的重要戰(zhàn)略地位不僅體現(xiàn)在邊疆地區(qū)是國(guó)防的前線、改革開放的前沿 ,還體現(xiàn)在邊疆地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展是我國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保證
[Abstract]:As to the definition of frontier, before 90s of the 20th century, we often only mentioned the land, and since then, we have changed the concept of the maritime frontier, and we must look at it historically when we look at the frontier area. The historical development of China's territory is characterized by a combination of continuity and volatility. The important strategic position of the frontier areas is not only reflected in the frontier areas as the front line of national defense, but also in the forefront of reform and opening up. It is also reflected in the stability and development of the frontier area, which is the important guarantee of the sustainable development of our country.
