【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)目標(biāo)國(guó)(地)毛里求斯、馬達(dá)加斯加、留尼汪和南非華人人數(shù)和性別的動(dòng)態(tài)統(tǒng)計(jì),可以發(fā)現(xiàn),第二次世界大戰(zhàn)以來(lái),非洲華人的增長(zhǎng)成為一種常態(tài),在人口變化方面有三種表現(xiàn),即華僑華人增長(zhǎng)出現(xiàn)三次小高潮,華僑華人的性別比例逐漸平衡,老一輩華人中持有中國(guó)國(guó)籍者日益減少。近年來(lái),盡管大量非洲華人返回中國(guó),但在非華人人數(shù)的減少只是暫時(shí)的。目前,中非經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)有望從貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)到包括貿(mào)易、投資和金融等多方位合作,中非產(chǎn)能合作基礎(chǔ)上的投資加強(qiáng),中非民間交往與文化交流的促進(jìn),大部分非洲國(guó)家仍愿以寬松的移民政策吸引外資,因此,非洲的中國(guó)移民的數(shù)量仍會(huì)持續(xù)增加。
[Abstract]:Through dynamic statistics on the number and gender of Chinese in Mauritius, Madagascar, Reunion and South Africa, the traditional target countries, we can see that since the second World War, the growth of Chinese in Africa has become a norm. There are three manifestations in population change, that is, there are three small peaks in the growth of the overseas Chinese, the gender ratio of the overseas Chinese is gradually balanced, and the number of Chinese nationality holders in the older generation is decreasing day by day. In recent years, although a large number of Chinese in Africa have returned to China, the decline in the number of non-Chinese is only temporary. At present, the foundation of China-Africa economic relations is expected to shift from trade to multi-faceted cooperation, including trade, investment and finance, investment on the basis of Sino-African capacity cooperation, and the promotion of non-governmental exchanges and cultural exchanges between China and Africa. Most African countries are still willing to attract foreign investment with loose immigration policies, so the number of Chinese immigrants in Africa will continue to increase.
