【摘要】： 國內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)城市人口生活質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了大量的研究,形成了許多可資借鑒的研究成果。本文借鑒現(xiàn)有的研究成果,結(jié)合遼寧省城市的實(shí)際情況以及數(shù)據(jù)的可得性等,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)科學(xué)、合理、適合于綜合評(píng)價(jià)遼寧省城市人口生活質(zhì)量的指標(biāo)體系。本文分析和比較了現(xiàn)有的各種綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,考慮到多元統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法在人口生活質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)踐中具有選取指標(biāo)與評(píng)價(jià)方法的協(xié)調(diào)性和客觀性等這樣的一些特征,利用因子分析方法從靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)兩個(gè)角度分別對(duì)遼寧省14個(gè)城市的城市2003～2008年的城市人口生活質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)。并且利用了非參數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn)方法對(duì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。最后提出提高遼寧省城市人口生活質(zhì)量的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The domestic academic circles have carried on the massive research to the urban population quality of life appraisal index system, has formed a lot of research results which can be used for reference. Based on the existing research results, combined with the actual situation of Liaoning Province and the availability of data, this paper constructs a scientific, reasonable and suitable index system for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of life of urban population in Liaoning Province. This paper analyzes and compares various existing comprehensive evaluation methods, considering that the multivariate statistical analysis method has some characteristics such as the coordination and objectivity of selecting indicators and evaluation methods in the practice of comprehensive evaluation of population quality of life. The quality of life of urban population in 14 cities of Liaoning Province from 2003 to 2008 was evaluated from static and dynamic aspects by factor analysis method. And the non-parametric statistical test method is used to test the comprehensive evaluation results. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of life of the urban population in Liaoning Province are put forward.
