【摘要】：對廣州市具有代表性的六大片區(qū)508位環(huán)衛(wèi)工人的生存狀況及其影響因素進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。環(huán)衛(wèi)工人隊(duì)伍的素質(zhì)偏低,相關(guān)保障(作業(yè)安全保障、社會(huì)福利待遇保障等)不足,生活質(zhì)量堪憂(物價(jià)太高、收入太少、生活艱苦、住房困難、受歧視、不被尊重,工作缺乏安全保障和情感孤獨(dú)),人際交往缺乏,社會(huì)地位低下,心理創(chuàng)傷嚴(yán)重。二元Logit模型分析表明,制度性因素(收入、住房、社會(huì)地位等)是影響環(huán)衛(wèi)工人生存狀況的重要原因。
[Abstract]:The survival status and influencing factors of 508 sanitation workers in six representative districts of Guangzhou were analyzed. The quality of the sanitation workers is on the low side, the relevant safeguards (job security, social welfare, etc.) are inadequate, and the quality of life is worrying (too high prices, too little income, hard living, housing difficulties, discrimination, not being respected, etc.) Lack of job security and emotional loneliness), lack of interpersonal communication, low social status, psychological trauma. The analysis of binary Logit model shows that institutional factors (income, housing, social status, etc.) are the important factors that affect the living conditions of sanitation workers.
