【摘要】：正為進一步加強人口計生系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)測與應(yīng)對工作,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情制度化、科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化管理水平,福建省福鼎市人口計生局通過"五加強"深入開展人口計生網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情工作。加強領(lǐng)導(dǎo),確保責(zé)任落實。成立網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)測與應(yīng)對工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,各指定一名專兼職人員為網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情觀察員,落實對重大網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情做好跟蹤、督查和協(xié)調(diào)工作,研究有效引導(dǎo)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的長效機制。加強監(jiān)測,分級應(yīng)對處置。定
