【摘要】：本文依據(jù)國(guó)家計(jì)生委2011年對(duì)吉林省中朝邊境地區(qū)人口流動(dòng)的抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用非參數(shù)及半?yún)?shù)的生存分析模型對(duì)外流人口特征、流動(dòng)影響因素進(jìn)行研究,同時(shí)分析了人口外流對(duì)該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)及社會(huì)發(fā)展的影響。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:年輕、受過(guò)良好教育的個(gè)體是外流人口中的主力,且韓國(guó)為其主要流入地;民族因素顯著的影響個(gè)體選擇,但性別影響并不顯著;最后,盡管外出個(gè)體匯款對(duì)該地區(qū)GDP有一定貢獻(xiàn),但勞動(dòng)力的嚴(yán)重流失不僅抑制了當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展,同時(shí)也導(dǎo)致了人口老齡化等社會(huì)問(wèn)題。因此,為了發(fā)展地方特色經(jīng)濟(jì),當(dāng)?shù)卣跒槲叨巳瞬�、招商引資創(chuàng)造條件的同時(shí),還應(yīng)采取措施避免受過(guò)良好教育的勞動(dòng)力進(jìn)一步外流,以期促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the sampling survey data of population flow in the border area between China and North Korea in Jilin Province in 2011, this paper studies the characteristics of the outflow population and the influencing factors of the flow by using the non-parametric and semi-parametric survival analysis model. At the same time, the impact of population outflow on the economic and social development of the region is analyzed. The empirical results show that: young, well-educated individuals are the main outflow population, and South Korea is its main place of entry; ethnic factors significantly affect individual selection, but gender impact is not significant; finally, Although individual remittances contribute to the GDP of the region, the serious loss of labor force not only inhibits the long-term development of the local economy, but also leads to social problems such as the aging of the population. Therefore, in order to develop the local characteristic economy, the local government should take measures to avoid the further outflow of well-educated labor force while creating conditions for attracting high-end talents and attracting investment, in order to promote the sustainable development of local economy.
