【摘要】： 近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,城市化進(jìn)程日益加快,城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大。許多大城市的人口都呈現(xiàn)高速增長的趨勢(shì),尤其是中心城區(qū),人口和功能更是高度集聚,并由此引發(fā)了城市環(huán)境惡化、交通擁堵等一系列“城市病”。諸多問題的出現(xiàn)表明“單中心”的城市空間發(fā)展布局已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)未來城市空間發(fā)展的需要,迫切需要改變這種狀況。而通過建立“多中心+新城”這種新的城市空間布局形式來疏解中心城的人口和產(chǎn)業(yè),是目前解決大城市空間無序蔓延的關(guān)鍵。 本文以北京市為研究對(duì)象,采用定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)北京市中心城人口和功能的疏解進(jìn)行研究。首先查閱了大量年鑒、政府規(guī)劃等資料,經(jīng)過整理后對(duì)北京市中心城人口和功能現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面的分析,并通過將北京市與世界大城市對(duì)比得出北京市中心城人口超載的結(jié)論。其次,對(duì)中心城人口和功能疏解的動(dòng)力進(jìn)行深入研究,并針對(duì)北京市的實(shí)際情況著重進(jìn)行分析。最后,借鑒國外發(fā)達(dá)城市中心城人口和功能疏解的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)北京市中心城人口與功能疏解提出一些建議。希望能夠通過建設(shè)“中心城+新城”這種新的城市空間結(jié)構(gòu),將過度集聚在中心城的人口和產(chǎn)業(yè)疏解到城市外圍的新城,以此來解決因中心城壓力過大而帶來的交通、環(huán)境等城市問題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the process of urbanization is accelerating day by day, and the scale of cities is expanding. The population of many big cities is increasing at a high speed, especially in the center of the city. The population and function are highly concentrated, which leads to a series of "urban diseases", such as the deterioration of urban environment, traffic congestion and so on. The emergence of many problems shows that the "single center" layout of urban space development can no longer meet the needs of the future urban space development, and it is urgent to change this situation. The key to solve the disorderly spread of large city space is to solve the population and industry of central city by establishing "multi-center new city", a new form of urban space layout. In this paper, the population and function of the central city of Beijing are studied by the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. After consulting a large number of yearbooks, government planning and other materials, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the population and function status of the central city of Beijing, and draws the conclusion that the population of the center city of Beijing is overloaded by comparing Beijing with the big cities of the world. Secondly, the population and function of the central city are deeply studied, and the actual situation of Beijing is analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the population and function of the central city of Beijing based on the successful experience of the population and function of the central city in developed cities abroad. It is hoped that through the construction of a new urban space structure such as the "central city," the population and industries that are excessively concentrated in the central city will be dispersed to the new city on the outskirts of the city, so as to solve the traffic caused by the excessive pressure on the center city.
