【摘要】：使用在廈門海滄的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對社會資本和生活滿意度進行因子分析,并以社會資本作為預(yù)測變量、以生活滿意度作為因變量進行多元回歸分析,可以發(fā)現(xiàn):城鎮(zhèn)居民的居住環(huán)境滿意度顯著高于農(nóng)村居民和流動人口,而農(nóng)村居民的居住環(huán)境滿意度略高于流動人口;在工作條件滿意度上,農(nóng)村居民的滿意度最高,城鎮(zhèn)居民和流動人口則相差不大;城鎮(zhèn)居民的生活條件滿意度略高于農(nóng)村居民和流動人口,但是三者的解釋力均不是很大。
[Abstract]:Using the survey data in Haicang, Xiamen, the factor analysis of social capital and life satisfaction is carried out, and the social capital is used as predictive variable and life satisfaction as dependent variable to carry out multivariate regression analysis. It can be found that the satisfaction degree of the urban residents is significantly higher than that of the rural residents and the floating population, while the satisfaction degree of the rural residents is slightly higher than that of the floating population, and the satisfaction degree of the rural residents is the highest in terms of working conditions. The satisfaction degree of living conditions of urban residents is slightly higher than that of rural residents and floating population, but the explanatory power of the three is not very great.
