【摘要】：正根據(jù)中國(guó)2006年第二次全國(guó)殘疾人抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)推算結(jié)果顯示,中國(guó)各類殘疾人總數(shù)約8300萬,占全國(guó)總?cè)丝诘?.34%;殘疾人家庭戶共7050萬戶,占全國(guó)家庭戶的17.80%。與如此大規(guī)模的殘疾人數(shù)量相對(duì)的,是我國(guó)目前對(duì)殘疾人事業(yè)幫助和扶持的的明顯不足,特別是在性與生殖健康方面,不僅各級(jí)政府和相關(guān)利益部門很少對(duì)此問題
[Abstract]:According to the data from the second National sample Survey of disabled Persons in 2006, the results show that the total number of disabled persons in China is about 83 million, accounting for 6.34% of the total population of the country, and there are 70.5 million families of disabled persons, accounting for 17.80% of the total number of households in the country. In contrast to such a large number of persons with disabilities, there is a clear lack of assistance and support for the cause of persons with disabilities in our country at present, especially in the area of sexual and reproductive health, which is rarely addressed not only by governments at all levels but also by relevant stakeholders
