【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和生活水平的提高,人口預(yù)期壽命不斷提高,人口老齡化形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻。人口老齡化的發(fā)展對(duì)勞動(dòng)者退休年齡提出了挑戰(zhàn),我國(guó)現(xiàn)行的退休年齡已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)前社會(huì)的發(fā)展,必須要結(jié)合我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行合理的政策規(guī)劃。本文對(duì)以往學(xué)者有關(guān)退休年齡影響因素的研究成果進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié),把影響退休年齡的主要因素分為經(jīng)濟(jì)變量因素與非經(jīng)濟(jì)變量因素,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)居民消費(fèi)價(jià)格指數(shù)、人均受教育年限、城市人口就業(yè)率、在崗職工人均工資及人口自然增長(zhǎng)率對(duì)于退休年齡的影響最為重要。同時(shí),結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情和退休年齡的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)確定合理的退休年齡問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入思考,希望對(duì)我國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)退休年齡方案具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, the life expectancy of the population is increasing, and the aging situation of the population is serious. The development of the aging population has challenged the retirement age of workers. The current retirement age of our country can no longer adapt to the development of the current society. We must combine the actual situation of our country's economic and social development to carry out reasonable policy planning. This paper reviews and summarizes the research results of the influential factors of retirement age, classifies the main factors into economic variables and non-economic variables, and finds out that the consumer price index. The average age of education, the employment rate of urban population, the average wage of the employed workers and the natural growth rate of the population are the most important factors affecting the retirement age. At the same time, considering the actual situation of our country and the actual situation of retirement age, this paper makes a deep thinking on the problem of determining the reasonable retirement age, and hopes that it will be of certain reference significance to the design of retirement age scheme in our country.
