【摘要】：基于計(jì)劃行為理論(Theory of Planned Behavior,TPB)模型,利用陜西省三個(gè)縣區(qū)的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)約束型政策在生育性別選擇行為決策當(dāng)中的作用進(jìn)行了分析。個(gè)人的兒子偏好態(tài)度、社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員的兒子偏好態(tài)度仍然是生育性別選擇行為的決定性影響因素,約束型政策對(duì)生育性別選擇行為具有一定的影響,但十分有限。研究結(jié)論對(duì)于現(xiàn)階段中國(guó)出生人口性別比的治理提供了一定的啟示,指出包含查出兩非、全程服務(wù)、利益導(dǎo)向和宣傳倡導(dǎo)等在內(nèi)的綜合手段對(duì)治理出生人口性別比具有積極作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of Planned behavior Theory (TPB) model and the survey data of three counties in Shaanxi Province, this paper analyzes the role of restrictive policies in the decision-making of reproductive sex-selective behavior. Individual son preference attitude and social network members' son preference attitude are still the decisive factors of reproductive sex selection behavior. Restrictive policies have a certain impact on reproductive sex selection behavior, but very limited. The conclusions of the study provide some enlightenment for the governance of the sex ratio of the Chinese born population at this stage. It is pointed out that it includes the detection of two non-factors and the whole process of service. The comprehensive means, such as interest orientation and propaganda and advocacy, play a positive role in managing the sex ratio of birth population.
