【摘要】：正主持人語(yǔ):自改革開放出現(xiàn)流動(dòng)人口以來(lái),我國(guó)流動(dòng)人口的規(guī)模呈現(xiàn)出30多年持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的態(tài)勢(shì)。但最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示,我國(guó)流動(dòng)人口的總體態(tài)勢(shì)出現(xiàn)了根本性的轉(zhuǎn)折。截至2015年12月,盡管流動(dòng)人口數(shù)量仍高達(dá)2.47億人,但比2014年減少了568萬(wàn)人。這是自20世紀(jì)80年代我國(guó)流動(dòng)人口出現(xiàn)并持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng)以來(lái)的首次規(guī)模下降。這一轉(zhuǎn)折,引起了政府部門、學(xué)術(shù)界、媒體以及社會(huì)公眾的熱烈討論和廣泛關(guān)注。流動(dòng)人口的總體態(tài)勢(shì)及其新特征,將不僅
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the scale of floating population in China has been increasing continuously for more than 30 years. However, the latest data show that the overall situation of the floating population in China has a fundamental turning point. As of December 2015, although the number of migrants remained at 247 million, it was 5.68 million fewer than in 2014. This is the first time that the scale of floating population has declined since 1980's. This turning point has aroused the heated discussion and wide attention of the government, academia, media and the public.
