【摘要】：當前中國正在迎來"銀發(fā)浪潮",老齡化作為人口轉變最重要的后果之一,是我國當前及今后較長時期內經濟社會發(fā)展的新常態(tài)和基本國情。該文利用最近3次人口普查獲得的資料,對我國省級層面的老齡化時空差異特征與變化規(guī)律進行研究。結果表明:(1)1990年以來我國老年人口規(guī)模增長較快,老齡化水平存在明顯的省際差異,總體呈現(xiàn)東部最高、中部次之、西部最低的空間梯度特征,差異程度隨時間變化不斷增加;(2)各地區(qū)老齡化分布并非表現(xiàn)出完全的隨機性,而是在總體上呈現(xiàn)出一定的空間集聚性,老齡化水平較高(低)的地區(qū)相對地趨于和較高(低)水平的地區(qū)相鄰,空間集聚性隨時間變化有所弱化;(3)老齡化水平的時空變化呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)健的條件收斂趨勢,地區(qū)老齡化指數的增加速度與其初始水平負相關,初始水平較高(低)地區(qū)的增速普遍低(高)于初始水平較低(高)的地區(qū),未來省際差異預期不斷縮小,收斂速度隨時間變化不斷提升。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important consequences of population transformation, aging is the new normal and basic national conditions of economic and social development in China at present and in a long period in the future. Based on the data obtained from the recent three population censuses, this paper studies the temporal and spatial characteristics and changes of aging at the provincial level in China. The results show that the size of the elderly population in China has increased rapidly since 1990, and the aging level of China has obvious inter-provincial differences, showing the spatial gradient characteristics of the highest in the east, the second in the middle, and the lowest in the west. The degree of difference increases with time. (2) the distribution of aging in different regions is not completely random, but shows a certain spatial agglomeration as a whole. The spatial agglomeration of higher (low) aging level is weakened with the change of time.) the temporal and spatial variation of aging level shows a steady conditional convergence trend, while the aging level is relatively close to the higher (low) level area, and the spatial agglomeration is weakened with the change of time and space. The increase rate of the regional aging index is negatively correlated with its initial level. The growth rate of the initial high (low) regions is generally lower (higher) than that of the initial low (high) regions, and the future inter-provincial differences are expected to decrease. The rate of convergence increases with time.
