【摘要】：正高際香在《歐亞經濟》2016年第2期撰文指出,對于國土廣袤的俄羅斯來說,日益嚴峻的人口問題已經不僅是普通的社會問題,更是事關國家前途和民族命運的重大政治與經濟問題。從近兩次人口普查結果看,俄羅斯人口狀況整體呈現(xiàn)五個鮮明特征:數(shù)量持續(xù)縮減;性別結構失衡加劇;老齡化現(xiàn)象嚴重;地區(qū)分布嚴重不均衡;人口構成中信奉伊斯蘭教人口所占比重增加。雖然鼓勵生育政策產生了一定效果,但對其長期效應不宜盲目樂觀。
[Abstract]:Writing in the second issue of "Eurasian economy" in 2016, Masahiro pointed out that for Russia's vast territory, the increasingly serious population problem has become more than just a social problem. More important political and economic issues related to the future of the country and the fate of the nation. According to the results of the last two censuses, the whole population situation of Russia shows five distinct characteristics: continuous decrease in quantity, aggravation of gender imbalance, serious aging phenomenon, serious imbalance in regional distribution; The proportion of the population who believe in Islam has increased. Although the policy of encouraging fertility has a certain effect, it should not be blindly optimistic about its long-term effect.
