【摘要】:全面二孩新政背景下,再度生育對城鎮(zhèn)女性就業(yè)質(zhì)量的沖擊成為其生育決策的重要影響因素,社會(huì)再次聚焦生育對其就業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響。研究表明,工作特性和工作環(huán)境顯著影響女性就業(yè)質(zhì)量,屬激勵(lì)性因素;勞動(dòng)關(guān)系、工作價(jià)值和社會(huì)環(huán)境相關(guān)因素驗(yàn)證為非顯性因素,屬保健性因素。生育對城鎮(zhèn)女性工資率呈顯著負(fù)向效應(yīng),每生育一個(gè)子女會(huì)使其工資率下降9%—10%,"生育代價(jià)"普遍存在。因此,政府與用人單位雙方應(yīng)逐步營造女性就業(yè)保護(hù)環(huán)境,完善支持照料體系,強(qiáng)化生育治理工作,兼顧生育新政的平穩(wěn)落地與女性人力資本的保值增值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new two children's new policy, the impact of reproduction on the quality of urban women's employment has become an important factor affecting the decision-making of the women, and the influence of the social focus on the quality of employment again. The research shows that the work and work environment have a significant impact on the quality of women's employment, which are an incentive factor, labor relations, work value and social ring. It is a non dominant factor, which is a factor of health care. Fertility has a significant negative effect on the wage rate of women in cities and towns. Each child will reduce its wage rate by 9% to 10%, and the "birth cost" is common. Therefore, both the government and the employer should gradually build a female employment protection environment, improve the support care system, and strengthen the care system. The birth control work takes into account the smooth landing of the new birth policy and the maintenance and increment of the female human capital.
