【摘要】:基于QuickBird衛(wèi)星影像,采用陰影長(zhǎng)度法對(duì)城市居住建筑面積進(jìn)行測(cè)算,結(jié)合社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)沈陽(yáng)城市潛在人口分布特征進(jìn)行分析.結(jié)果表明:2015年,沈陽(yáng)市三環(huán)內(nèi)各行政區(qū)潛在人口分布不均;三環(huán)內(nèi)潛在人口空間分布呈現(xiàn)典型的圈層結(jié)構(gòu)特征;各行政區(qū)潛在人口數(shù)量為鐵西區(qū)沈河區(qū)皇姑區(qū)于洪區(qū)和平區(qū)大東區(qū)東陵區(qū);各行政區(qū)潛在人口密度為鐵西區(qū)和平區(qū)沈河區(qū)皇姑區(qū)于洪區(qū)大東區(qū)東陵區(qū);城市西部潛在人口密度高于東部,南部高于北部.居住建筑及人口的空間分布與區(qū)域的自然條件、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等因素緊密相關(guān).在未來(lái)城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)中,應(yīng)考慮加強(qiáng)鐵西區(qū)以及中心城區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),適當(dāng)增加公園綠地?cái)?shù)量,合理開(kāi)發(fā)城市南部的居住用地,適當(dāng)控制居住人口數(shù)量,避免造成較大的環(huán)境壓力.
[Abstract]:Based on the QuickBird satellite image, the shadow length method is used to measure the urban residential building area, and the characteristics of the potential population distribution in Shenyang city are analyzed in combination with the social and economic statistics. The results show that in 2015, the potential population distribution in the three rings of Shenyang is uneven, and the spatial distribution of the potential population in the third ring presents the typical structure of the circle. The potential population of each administrative region is Dongling District of Dadong District, Huanggu District, Shenghe District, Tiexi District, Dongling District of Dadong District, and the potential population density of each administrative region is Dongling District of Dadong District, Shenghe District, Heping District, Tiexi District. The potential population density in the west of the city is higher than that in the east and in the south is higher than in the The spatial distribution of residential buildings and population is closely related to regional natural conditions, economic conditions and infrastructure construction. In the future urban planning and construction, we should strengthen the infrastructure construction of Tiexi district and central city, increase the number of park green space, rationally develop the residential land in the southern part of the city, and properly control the number of resident population. Avoid causing greater environmental pressure.
