【摘要】：從供給和需求兩個層面梳理了人口老齡化對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的影響機(jī)制,并利用我國2002—2015年的省級面板數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建計量模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。研究表明:整體上來看,人口老齡化不僅阻礙了我國三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級,而且限制了我國服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級;分區(qū)域來看,人口老齡化對東部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級產(chǎn)生了顯著的負(fù)效應(yīng),卻對中西部地區(qū)的非資源型產(chǎn)業(yè)培育、傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級產(chǎn)生了顯著的正效應(yīng)。因此,必須充分考慮人口老齡化對我國不同區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的影響效應(yīng),輔以相應(yīng)的政策設(shè)計,以更好地推進(jìn)我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級。
[Abstract]:This paper combs the influence mechanism of population aging on industrial structure upgrading from two aspects of supply and demand, and builds econometric model by using provincial panel data from 2002 to 2015 in China. The study shows that the aging population not only hinders the optimization and upgrading of China's three industrial structures, but also restricts the transformation and upgrading of the internal structure of our service industry. Population aging has a significant negative effect on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in the eastern region, but it has a significant positive effect on the cultivation of non-resource-based industries and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in the central and western regions. Therefore, the effects of aging population on the upgrading of industrial structure in different regions of China must be fully considered, and the corresponding policy design should be taken into account in order to better promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in China.
