【摘要】：正在2015年的政府工作報告上,李克強(qiáng)總理強(qiáng)調(diào)要"推進(jìn)計劃生育服務(wù)管理改革",計劃生育工作的重心要實(shí)現(xiàn)由管理向服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,那么如何做好基層計劃生育服務(wù)保障?筆者認(rèn)為,可從以下幾方面入手。一是落實(shí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)責(zé)任。做好計劃生育服務(wù)工作,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視是關(guān)鍵。黨的十八屆五中全會公報提出"堅持計劃生育的基本國策",各級黨委、政府要牢固樹立國策意識,尤其是鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨委政府,要堅持計劃生育基本國策不動搖、堅持黨
[Abstract]:In the 2015 government work report, Premier Li Keqiang stressed the need to "promote the reform of family planning service management," and the focus of family planning work should be to realize the transition from management to service, so how to do a good job of ensuring family planning services at the grass-roots level? The author believes that we can start from the following aspects. First, the implementation of leadership responsibility. To do a good job in family planning services, leadership attention is the key. The communique of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward "upholding the basic national policy of family planning." Party committees and governments at all levels should firmly establish the consciousness of national policy, especially the township party committees and governments, and adhere to the basic national policy of family planning and the Party.
