【摘要】：當(dāng)前中國的人口流動(dòng)狀況導(dǎo)致全國代表性入戶抽樣調(diào)查,不得不使用繪圖列舉抽樣技術(shù)。雖然實(shí)地繪制住戶地圖、列舉住戶,相比通過戶籍登記信息建立社區(qū)住戶抽樣框的方式更為貼近實(shí)際,但這也可能引入過多"空戶",從而導(dǎo)致過度列舉。這既可能導(dǎo)致抽樣權(quán)數(shù)偏高,也會(huì)帶來樣本膨脹問題。本文建議通過調(diào)整抽樣調(diào)查方法,估算樣本膨脹系數(shù),擴(kuò)大社區(qū)住戶樣本規(guī)模,進(jìn)而緩解基本權(quán)數(shù)偏高的問題。
[Abstract]:The current situation of population mobility in China has led to a nationwide representative household sampling survey, which has to use cartographic enumeration sampling technique. Although mapping and enumerating households in the field is closer to reality than establishing a sampling frame for community households through household registration information, it may also introduce too many "empty households", which may lead to excessive enumeration. This may not only lead to high sampling weights, but also lead to the problem of sample expansion. This paper suggests that the sample expansion coefficient should be estimated by adjusting the sampling survey method, and the sample size of community households should be expanded to alleviate the problem of high basic weights.
