基于遺傳算法的人口優(yōu)化大數(shù)據模擬論證研究

【摘要】:近幾十年來,中國的人口形勢發(fā)生了很大變化。計劃生育的實施使中國總和生育率不斷下降。但現(xiàn)在用工荒、老齡化危機等問題不斷加重,使中國經濟、社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展面臨嚴重危機,我國需要從人口控制走向人口優(yōu)化,全面提高人口質量。文章首次提出用遺傳算法模擬人口發(fā)展,通過控制每一代的總和生育率研究人口質量進化過程,從大數(shù)據的角度論證了中國目前提出提倡適度生育即全面放開二胎政策有利于人口質量進化。
[Abstract]:The demographic situation in China has changed a lot in recent decades.The implementation of family planning has led to a steady decline in China's total fertility rate.However, the problems of labor shortage and aging crisis are becoming more and more serious, which makes the sustainable development of economy and society in China face serious crisis. China needs to change from population control to population optimization and improve the quality of population in an all-round way.It is the first time that genetic algorithm is used to simulate population development and to study the evolution process of population quality by controlling the total fertility of each generation.From big data's point of view, the author argues that it is beneficial to the evolution of population quality for China to advocate moderate fertility, that is, to fully open the policy of second child.
