【摘要】：從20世紀(jì)80年代末期開(kāi)始,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的流動(dòng)人口涌入城市,他們不再是暫居城市,而是傾向于長(zhǎng)期居住并融入當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)。然而,戶(hù)籍制度及與之相關(guān)的教育、衛(wèi)生、社會(huì)福利和社會(huì)保障體制,將流動(dòng)人口排斥在城市體系之外,流動(dòng)人口不具有市民身份。流動(dòng)人口融入城市社會(huì)的主觀(guān)愿望與城市體系對(duì)這一群體客觀(guān)的排斥,事實(shí)上形成了一道巨大的鴻溝。要破解我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期存在的城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)健康的人口城市化,就應(yīng)該讓愿意在城市居住和發(fā)展的外來(lái)人口定居下來(lái),并使其能最終融入城市社會(huì)。另外,優(yōu)先發(fā)展小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè),是一條具有中國(guó)特色的城市化道路,所以,研究小城鎮(zhèn)的流動(dòng)人口社會(huì)融合狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,提出解決之道,更具現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。就是從這一研究角度出發(fā),本研究對(duì)穆鎮(zhèn)這樣一個(gè)在流動(dòng)人口方面很具有代表性的小城鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行了深入的調(diào)查,以期對(duì)它的流動(dòng)人口社會(huì)融合問(wèn)題進(jìn)行全面分析。 本文首先介紹了穆鎮(zhèn)流動(dòng)人口的概況,包括規(guī)模與結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)與收入、居住與消費(fèi)、健康與醫(yī)療,以期對(duì)流動(dòng)人口狀況有一個(gè)總體的把握；其次從社區(qū)參與與社區(qū)認(rèn)同、社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)、流動(dòng)人口和本地人口關(guān)系的角度對(duì)流動(dòng)人口進(jìn)行測(cè)量,以考察其社會(huì)融合狀況；然后分析影響流動(dòng)人口社會(huì)融合狀況的因素；最后針對(duì)流動(dòng)人口社會(huì)融合中的問(wèn)題提出自己的對(duì)策。 通過(guò)以上的調(diào)查研究,本文得出了以下結(jié)論：由于穆鎮(zhèn)流動(dòng)人口受政策、個(gè)體因素的影響,在物質(zhì)、就業(yè)等方面和本地人口差距較大,這些影響了他們的社會(huì)融合狀況,導(dǎo)致社會(huì)融合度低。然后針對(duì)流動(dòng)人口社會(huì)融合度低的現(xiàn)實(shí),分別從政府、流動(dòng)人口自身方面提出了具有針對(duì)性的建議。
[Abstract]:Since the late 1980s, with the rapid development of China's economy, more and more floating population has poured into cities. They are no longer temporary cities, but tend to live for a long time and integrate into the local society.However, the household registration system and its related education, health, social welfare and social security systems exclude the floating population from the urban system, and the floating population does not have civil status.The subjective desire of the floating population to integrate into the urban society and the objective rejection of this group by the urban system have in fact formed a huge gap.In order to break through the long-existing dual structure of urban and rural areas and realize the healthy population urbanization in our country, we should let the foreign population who are willing to live and develop in the city settle down and finally integrate into the urban society.In addition, giving priority to the construction of small towns is a road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, it is of more practical significance to study the situation of social integration of floating population in small towns, to find problems and to put forward solutions.It is from this research point of view, this study has carried on the thorough investigation to the Muzhen, a small town which is very representative in the floating population aspect, in order to carry on the comprehensive analysis to its floating population social integration question.This paper first introduces the general situation of the floating population in Muzhen, including the scale and structure, employment and income, residence and consumption, health and medical care, in order to have a general grasp of the floating population, and then from the community participation and community identity,Social network, floating population and the angle of the relationship between the local population to measure the floating population, in order to investigate their social integration, and then analyze the factors affecting the social integration of the floating population;Finally, the author puts forward his own countermeasures against the problems in the social integration of floating population.Through the investigation and research above, this paper draws the following conclusions: because the floating population in Muzhen is affected by the policy, individual factors, and the gap between the material, employment and local population, these have affected their social integration.Resulting in low degree of social integration.Then, aiming at the reality of low social integration of floating population, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions from government and floating population itself.
