【摘要】：家庭是人類賴以生存和發(fā)展的基本社會單位,提高家庭發(fā)展能力,在家庭傳統(tǒng)功能逐步弱化、抵御風險等能力有所下降的時代背景下,對于社會的和諧穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。“城市生活e站”是新形勢下,由人口計生部門牽頭,多方面共同參與打造的平臺,旨在通過加強和創(chuàng)新城市社會管理,提高人口和計劃生育公共服務(wù)水平,提高家庭發(fā)展能力,引導和幫助廣大居民通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)獲取各種知識、了解所需信息、享受公共服務(wù),轉(zhuǎn)變生活方式,逐步提高生活品質(zhì)。筆者以參與觀察的方式對馬鞍山市11個城市生活e站的工作進行了調(diào)研,通過切身參與其中的感受、與社區(qū)居民的訪談以及191份有效調(diào)查問卷,分析了馬鞍山市“城市生活e站”的工作現(xiàn)狀、面臨的主要問題及應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:Family is the basic social unit on which human beings depend for survival and development. Under the background of the gradual weakening of family's traditional function and the decline of its ability to resist risks and so on, it improves the ability of family development.For the harmonious and stable development of society has important theoretical value and practical significance."Urban life e station" is a platform under the new situation, led by the population and family planning department, with the participation of many parties. It aims to improve the public service level of population and family planning through strengthening and innovating urban social management.Improve the ability of family development, guide and help the majority of residents to acquire all kinds of knowledge through the Internet, understand the information needed, enjoy public services, change the way of life, and gradually improve the quality of life.This paper analyzes the present situation, main problems and countermeasures of "urban life e station" in Ma'anshan city.
