【摘要】：文章根據(jù)2015年中國流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運用二元Logistic模型對流動人口在城市的長期居留意愿進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)個體特征、人力資本特征、經(jīng)濟特征共同影響流動人口在城市的長期居留意愿,并使得這一群體內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)了分化的新特征。研究表明:教育程度的提高在普遍增強個體留城意愿的同時,以大學�？茖W歷為界限,高學歷者呈現(xiàn)出更加強烈的居留意愿。收入水平的增加顯著影響了整個群體的居留意愿,以6000元收入水平為分界點,表現(xiàn)為高收入流動人口的城市居留意愿遠大于中低收入者。在追加了住房支出變量后,發(fā)現(xiàn)伴隨著住房支出的增加提高了流動人口的城市居留意愿,但同時又對高收入流動人口的長期居留意愿表現(xiàn)出抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of floating population dynamics in China in 2015, this paper analyzes the long-term residence intention of floating population in cities by using dual Logistic model, and finds out the characteristics of individual and human capital. The economic characteristics affect the long-term residence intention of the floating population in the city, and make the new characteristics of differentiation appear within this group. The research shows that the improvement of the education level generally increases the individual's willingness to stay in the city at the same time. With a college degree as the limit, people with a higher degree have a stronger desire to stay. The increase in income level has significantly affected the residence intention of the whole group, with the income level of 6,000 yuan as the dividing point. The urban residence intention of the high income floating population is much larger than that of the middle and low income population. After adding the housing expenditure variable, it is found that with the increase of the housing expenditure, the urban residence intention of the floating population is improved. At the same time, the long-term residence intention of high-income floating population is restrained.
