【摘要】：東北三省養(yǎng)育了全國8%的人口,但是改革開放以來人口不斷外遷和流出,東北三省人口流失問題受到廣泛關注�；�2000年以來的人口普查和抽樣統(tǒng)計資料,系統(tǒng)地測算東北三省人口流失量,從省級和縣市2個空間尺度分析東北三省人口流失的演化格局。主要結論包括:(1)2000~2015年,東北三省人口出現(xiàn)持續(xù)流失,并且不斷加劇。(2)東北三省并不是中國人口流失最嚴重的地區(qū)。(3)東北三省內部出現(xiàn)較多人口流失的縣市,空間范圍呈現(xiàn)擴張。(4)經(jīng)濟動能不足是東北三省人口流失的主要原因。(5)東北三省人口發(fā)展的真正問題不在數(shù)量,而在人口質量和結構,包括人才流失嚴重、人口老齡化加劇、人口空間結構高度極化等。
[Abstract]:The three northeastern provinces have raised 8% people in the whole country, but since the reform and opening up, the population has been constantly moving out and leaving. The problem of population loss in the three northeastern provinces has received extensive attention. Based on the census and sampling statistics since 2000, This paper systematically calculates the population loss in the three Northeast provinces, analyzes the evolution pattern of the population loss in the three northeastern provinces on two spatial scales of provincial and county levels. The main conclusions are as follows: from 2000 to 2015, the population of the three Northeast provinces continued to lose. And the three northeastern provinces are not the regions with the most serious population loss in China.) there are more counties and cities with more population loss in the three northeast provinces. The lack of economic kinetic energy is the main cause of population loss in the three Northeast provinces. The real problem of population development in the three Northeast provinces is not in quantity, but in the quality and structure of the population, including the serious brain drain, and the aging of the population. Population spatial structure is highly polarized and so on.
