上海市靈活就業(yè)流動(dòng)人口養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)參保影響因素分析

【摘要】:隨著流動(dòng)人口大量進(jìn)入城市,就業(yè)形式日趨靈活多樣,傳統(tǒng)土地和家庭保障抵御風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力的降低,靈活就業(yè)流動(dòng)人口的養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)問題受到廣泛關(guān)注。本文的研究目的是分析上海市靈活就業(yè)流動(dòng)人口養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)的參保情況,通過定性和定量研究發(fā)現(xiàn)可能影響該群體參保的因素,為相關(guān)制度設(shè)計(jì)提供參考依據(jù)。 本文以2010年上海市流動(dòng)人口監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用Logistic回歸分析模型研究靈活就業(yè)流動(dòng)人口養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)參保的影響因素,通過不同就業(yè)身份的流動(dòng)人口相同解釋變量回歸分析結(jié)果的對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)靈活就業(yè)流動(dòng)人口參保影響因素的特殊點(diǎn);并通過AHP層次分析法在微觀研究的基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)宏觀制度設(shè)計(jì)供給力對(duì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)參保影響因素進(jìn)行分析;在數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)部分靈活就業(yè)流動(dòng)人口的深入個(gè)案訪談,探索該群體參保意愿、期望的參保模型等更深層次影響因素,分析意愿和參保結(jié)果發(fā)生背離可能的原因。 首先,本文采用了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析以及決策分析方法,較為全面的分析了上海地區(qū)靈活就業(yè)流動(dòng)人口養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)參保的影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):通過回歸分析和層次分析法,對(duì)比不同就業(yè)身份流動(dòng)人口,個(gè)人因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、家庭因素對(duì)正規(guī)就業(yè)流動(dòng)人口參保呈現(xiàn)出顯著性的影響,而靈活就業(yè)流動(dòng)人口的主要影響因素是就業(yè)因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、制度因素;其次,為了更好的論證數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的結(jié)果以及了解靈活就業(yè)流動(dòng)人口社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)參保意愿、期望模型等問題,本文還運(yùn)用了個(gè)案訪談的方法對(duì)一些靈活就業(yè)的流動(dòng)人口養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)的參保問題進(jìn)行了深入的訪談。訪談中也發(fā)現(xiàn),個(gè)人因素、就業(yè)因素、制度因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素以及家庭因素等因素在不同的受訪者個(gè)案中得到了相應(yīng)的解釋和關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:As the floating population enters cities in large numbers, the forms of employment become more and more flexible, and the ability of traditional land and family security to resist risks decreases. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the situation of pension insurance of flexible employment floating population in Shanghai, and to find out the factors that may affect the participation of this group through qualitative and quantitative research. To provide reference for the design of relevant systems. Based on the monitoring data of floating population in Shanghai in 2010, this paper uses Logistic regression analysis model to study the influencing factors of pension insurance for flexible employment floating population. By comparing the results of the regression analysis of the same explanatory variables of the floating population with different employment status, we find the special points of the factors affecting the insurance participation of the floating population with flexible employment. And through AHP Analytic hierarchy process on the basis of micro research on the macro system design supply forces to the pension insurance insurance impact factors are analyzed; on the basis of data analysis through part of flexible employment floating population in-depth case interview. To explore the further factors such as the willingness to participate in insurance, the expected model of participation, and to analyze the possible reasons for the deviation between willingness and the result of participating insurance. First of all, this paper uses the statistical analysis and decision-making analysis method, more comprehensive analysis of the Shanghai area flexible employment floating population pension insurance insurance factors, the study found: through regression analysis and analytic hierarchy process, Compared with the floating population with different employment status, personal factors, economic factors and family factors, there is a significant impact on the participation of regular employment floating population, while the main influencing factors of flexible employment floating population are employment factors and economic factors. Secondly, in order to better demonstrate the results of statistical analysis of data and to understand the willingness to participate in social insurance of flexible employment floating population, the expected model, and so on, This article also uses the case interview method to carry on the in-depth interview to some flexible employment floating population pension insurance participation question. In the interview also discovered, the personal factor, the employment factor, the system factor, the system factor, the personal factor, the employment factor, the system factor, the personal factor, the employment factor, the system factor, Economic factors, family factors and other factors in different interviewee cases have been the corresponding explanation and attention.
