【摘要】：文章使用中國(guó)老年健康影響因素跟蹤調(diào)查2002、2005、2008和2011年數(shù)據(jù),采用Log-logistic模型考察了中國(guó)女性生育史對(duì)其老年存活時(shí)間的影響。研究結(jié)果顯示,初次生育過(guò)早會(huì)減少老年女性的存活時(shí)間,這個(gè)發(fā)現(xiàn)與多數(shù)來(lái)自發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的研究結(jié)論一致。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),曾生或現(xiàn)存子女?dāng)?shù)為5個(gè)及以上的老年女性存活時(shí)間更長(zhǎng),這一現(xiàn)象可能有兩方面的解釋:(1)曾生子女?dāng)?shù)較多可能刺激女性生物系統(tǒng),從而促進(jìn)女性生存與健康;(2)老年女性曾生子女?dāng)?shù)量的增加會(huì)增大其獲得來(lái)自子女的各項(xiàng)支持的可能性,并獲得更多"多子多福"的滿(mǎn)足感,有利于老年女性的健康長(zhǎng)壽。
[Abstract]:The data of 2008 and 2011 of 2002 / 2005 were used to track the factors affecting the health of the elderly in China. The Log-logistic model was used to investigate the influence of Chinese women's reproductive history on their old age survival time. The results showed that early birth for the first time would reduce the survival time of the elderly women. The findings are consistent with the findings of most studies from developed countries. The study also found that older women who had been born or had five or more children lived longer. There may be two explanations for this phenomenon: (1) the number of children born may stimulate the female biological system and thus promote the survival and health of women; 2) the increase in the number of children born to older women will increase their chances of receiving support from their children, and the satisfaction of having more children and more happiness, which is beneficial to the health and longevity of elderly women.
