【摘要】：本文采用干預(yù)效應(yīng)模型和傾向值加權(quán)模型,在控制了就業(yè)類別的選擇偏差基礎(chǔ)上,分析了正規(guī)就業(yè)的流動(dòng)人口與非正規(guī)就業(yè)的流動(dòng)人口在社會(huì)融合方面的差異。結(jié)果表明,流動(dòng)人口中的正規(guī)就業(yè)者和非正規(guī)就業(yè)者,在受教育水平、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、職業(yè)和工作獲得方式等方面存在顯著差別。在控制選擇偏差以后,非正規(guī)就業(yè)的流動(dòng)人口的社會(huì)融合水平顯著低于正規(guī)就業(yè)的流動(dòng)人口。剝離戶籍對(duì)就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、就業(yè)身份和就業(yè)保障的影響,是戶籍改革的應(yīng)有之義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the intervention effect model and the weighted tendency model are used to control the bias of the choice of employment categories. This paper analyzes the difference between the floating population in formal employment and the floating population in informal employment in terms of social integration. The results show that the formal and informal workers in the floating population are at the level of education and work experience. After controlling the deviation of choice, the level of social integration of the floating population in informal employment is significantly lower than that of the floating population in formal employment. The influence of employment status and employment security is the proper meaning of household registration reform.
