紫外輻照法制備羧基化PP非織造布及其對(duì)壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚的吸附

【摘要】:為去除水中的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPE-10),采用紫外輻照方法將丙烯酸(AA)接枝到聚丙烯非織造布(PP)的表面,制備出表面羧基化吸附材料PP-g-AA,運(yùn)用傅里葉變換紅外光譜、掃描電子顯微鏡、接觸角測(cè)量?jī)x等手段對(duì)材料表面的結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌進(jìn)行表征,并考察溶液p H、溫度以及PP-g-AA的接枝率對(duì)NPE-10吸附效果的影響.結(jié)果表明:溶液為中性或者偏酸性條件下,PP-g-AA對(duì)NPE-10的吸附效果較好;在中性條件下,PP-g-AA接枝率為80%時(shí),對(duì)NPE-10的吸附量為138.7 mg/g,是原PP吸附量的6倍左右;溫度高于45℃時(shí),PP-g-AA對(duì)NPE-10的吸附能力下降;PP-g-AA對(duì)NPE-10的吸附符合準(zhǔn)一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型.
[Abstract]:In order to remove nonylphenol polyoxyether (NPE-10) from water, acrylic acid (AA) was grafting onto the surface of polypropylene nonwovens (PP) by ultraviolet irradiation. The surface Carboxylated adsorption material PP-g-AA, was prepared and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and contact angle measuring instrument. The surface structure and morphology of the material were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and contact angle measuring instrument, and the solution pH was investigated. The effects of temperature and grafting ratio of PP-g-AA on the adsorption of NPE-10. The results show that when the solution is neutral or acidic, the adsorption effect of PP-g-AA on NPE-10 is better; under neutral condition, when the grafting ratio of PP-g-AA is 80%, the adsorption capacity of NPE-10 for NPE-10 is about 6 times of that of original PP; the adsorption capacity of PP-g-AA for NPE-10 decreases when the temperature is higher than 45 鈩,
